The Institute carries out research and implementation projects in cooperation with industrial partners, including:
- Arshilon (Kharkov) – development of an anomaly detection module using real-time video analysis, integration with industrial systems and automatic threat classification in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 and IEC 62443 standards
- AVIAUKRTECH – implementation of cryptographic components based on multi-valued logic in AES encryption systems.
- AV-AVIONIKA – development of methods for protecting UAV telemetry using steganographic techniques, increasing the security and reliability of data transmission.

The Institute conducts scientific and teaching cooperation with domestic and international academic institutions, including joint research projects, educational initiatives, and expert activities, including, among others:
- International Telecommunication Union, ITU – expert cooperation in the areas of standardization, network security, and digital transformation, as well as participation in scientific events.
- State University of Information and Communication Technologies (Kyiv, Ukraine) – joint research and teaching projects and conference cooperation.
- SET University (Kyiv, Ukraine) – joint initiatives in the area of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, mentoring and student projects.
