Cybersecurity seminar for court experts
On September 16, 2025, lecturers from the Institute of Security and Informatics of the University of the Commission on National Education in Krakow (Poland), Patryk Mieczkowski and Serhii Semenov, conducted a cybersecurity seminar for court experts at the Dnipropetrovsk Scientific-Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (DniproNDISE).
The seminar’s topic was “Cybersecurity in Smart Homes – A General Overview of Threats Posed by Internet of Things Devices“. The meeting’s themes combine two important areas: the dynamic development of technology and security issues.
Participants had the opportunity to raise their awareness of the risks associated with the operation of smart devices and shape a culture of cyber hygiene. A recording of the seminar is available at:
