Computer Science with a positive assessment from the Polish Accreditation Committee
We are delighted to announce the remarkable success of our academic community. The Computer Science program offered at the Institute of Security and Computer Science received a positive assessment from the Polish Accreditation Committee (PAC).
The Presidium of the Polish Accreditation Committee made this decision in Resolution No. 333/2026 of May 21, 2026. The assessment applies to first- and second-cycle studies with a practical profile.
The positive decision by the PAC is official confirmation of the high quality of education at the UKEN Krakow. The Commission reviewed course programs, teacher qualifications, and learning conditions. The official justification states that the teaching process fully enables students to achieve the intended learning outcomes. Our program met all the stringent criteria required by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
Due to the decision, the next programme evaluation will not take place until the 2031/2032 academic year.
